The reason for this website is to address several false statements that exist about me on the internet. In the past, I have just ignored these things. But I have learned that if you don't manage your internet image someone else will.
To start, I have not been convicted nor even charged with a crime - in Tennessee nor any other state. Years ago a had a family member that had her children taken away by Child Protective Services and placed with me. That situation became a doorway for several government agents to launch a smear campaign against me, for reasons I will explain later.
When I contacted the Tennessee Judiciary and Google about the damage these false allegations were creating it became clear this was intentional. This is how modern governments marginalize people they consider a threat.
Some people have asked why I did not sue the Judge who made these false statements. Judges are protected by Judicial Immunity. And, frankly, there is a political aspect that makes filing a lawsuit impractical.
In the coming months I will be releasing several files that show just how deep this corruption goes. Part of the reason is to clear my name. Another reason is to show the Public how this corruption works and how to defend themselves.
